aim: can citizen journalism change the world? Of course it can. Citizen journalism is always changing the future and is a main source of news for most of us. For exampls take the coverage on Hurricane Sandy. Because of citizen journalism ( people taking pictures of their outside windows, or damage) we are able to see what was real and what was fake. We could understand that this was all really happening.
Exit Slip:
I learned that although Citizen journalism is a huge part of journalism we will always still need the proffessional journalists to clarify specifically whats going on around us and analyze our surroundings proffessionally.
I don’t think I’m really unsure about anything as of this moment.
2. Our lessons this week on photo journalism is a huge part of citizen journalism because photos are the main source of documents citizens use today to document their daily lives/ activities. In addition a picture is worth a thousand words.
